Terms and Agreement

Total Cost of the Project:
The total cost of the project is what we agree upon depending on your design asset needs. This fee includes your brand assets. By clarifying the total cost upfront, we can avoid any misunderstandings or surprises later in the project.

Payment Terms:
To commence the project, I require a 50% retainer. The remaining balance will be due upon completion and approval of the work. This ensures a fair and reliable payment structure that aligns with industry practices.

Payment Method and Currency:
The preferred payment method for this project is Zelle, Venmo or PayPal. We accept all major credit cards. Please note that a 3% convenience fee will be applied to all credit card transactions. Payments should be made in USD. 

Estimated Timeline:

The estimated timeline for completing the project will be determined by both parties. This timeline is based on a mutual agreement. Clearly defining the project timeline ensures that we are both on the same page regarding project milestones and delivery expectations. 

Scope of the Project:

The scope of the project encompasses your brand assets. These deliverables have been carefully defined and agreed upon in the proposal. Any changes or additions to the scope will require a new proposal and a revised quote. This ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of what is included in the project. 

Revision Policy:

To maintain project efficiency, the revision policy allows for minor changes or corrections within [mention your revision policy, a maximum of 3 revisions allowed . However, major changes or rewrites will be considered as new projects and will require a new proposal and a revised quote. This policy is in place to ensure that the project stays on track and manages both our time effectively.

If you agree with the terms, we ask you sign a contract, along with a 50% deposit. Once I receive your confirmation and payment, I will be ready to start working on the project.
